The data was missing KEPCO said at the experts' meeing

Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency (NISA) held a meeting with the experts on July 3, 2012 to hear their opinions about the fault crushing belt concerned to run beneath the Oi Nuclear Power Plant. Initially, NISA planned to discuss weather or not the faults are safe enough to run the Power Plant. However, since KEPCO did not submit sufficient data, NISA postponed the discussion by two weeks. According to KEPCO, their data of the fault crushing belt is somehow missing. Green Peace Japan and other citizen's groups have required the reinvestigation of the faults running through OI Nuklear Power Plant as KEPCO was forcing to restart it.
